The Domestic Energy Efficiency Advice Code of Practice provides a Good Practice standard for the whole of the energy efficiency advice industry – from advice specialists such as advice centres and energy suppliers, to those for whom advice is more marginal such as installers and retailers.

It has been developed so that consumers can be assured of accurate and relevant energy efficiency advice and information.
